Richard Hood, MD
Biography
Richard Hood, MD, is a double Board Certified Pain Management Specialist with over three decades of experience dedicated to providing minimally invasive and non-surgical treatments for painful conditions that affect the neck and back.
Born and raised in Adrian, Michigan, Dr. Hood attended Adrian College for his undergraduate degree and Wayne State University College of Medicine for his doctoral degree. For his residency, he attended Children’s Hospital of Detroit and Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan. During this time, Dr. Hood underwent additional training in stimulator therapies to treat chronic spine pain and chronic neuropathic pain.
