
Dr Farmer was born in London, England. He is a board certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in the arthrscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, knee and hip, in addition to the non-surgical and surgical care of fractures.
John N. Mehalik, M.D. is a Board-Certified, Fellowship-
Trained Orthopedic Surgeon, specializing in arthroscopic
and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder and knee.
Dr. Mehalik completed a Bachelor’s degree from each
Miami University and Case Western Reserve University
prior to attending the University of Cincinnati for
his Master’s Degree in Biomechanical Engineering.
Sandra Collins, M.D. is a board
certified, fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand, upper extremity,
and microvascular surgery. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from St. Mary's
College of Maryland, after which she worked at The Johns Hopkins University, performing
microbiology research.
Dr. Belis is Board Certified Podiatrist who
performs foot and ankle surgery and manages
complex conditions in the lower extremity.
Not only is he Board Certified in Foot Surgery
but is one of the few podiatrists in the country
who is also Board Certified in Reconstruction
Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery.
Larry S. Eisenfeld, M.D. is a Board Certified
Orthopedic Surgeon who has been in practice in
Fort Myers since 1982. Dr. Eisenfeld attended
medical school at George Washington University in
Washington, D.C. where he completed his Orthopedic
Surgery Residency. He moved to Fort Myers, Florida
in 1982 where he has developed his practice over
the years. Dr Eisenfeld is a Fellow of the American
Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
Dr. Gross is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine and Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management and Minimally Invasive Spine Interventions. He specializes in the diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of painful conditions of the neck, back, arms, legs, and peripheral nerves.

Dr. Eric Trathen is a graduate of Barry University School of Graduate
Medical Sciences located in Miami, Florida with the degree Doctor of
Podiatric Medicine. At the Miami Veterans' Medical Center, he had
the privilege of caring for our veterans as he completed an
extensive 3 year residency program.
